Fancy taking a leading role in the ULTIMATE fame experience Join the team at Madame Tussauds London and truly immerse yourself in fame and taste the life of the rich and famous through a combination of our historic artistic methods (that date back centuries by the way! immersive sets and pioneering modern tech. Our talent agents are currently scouting for the latest stars to join our phenomenal cast. Were looking for an Guest Experience Manager to join our team to help create memorable experiences for our guests.

Leading our attraction teams daily to ensure Madame Tussauds London delivers a world class experience and that the guest journey is constantly reviewed in order to deliver and exceed guest expectations. Youll be right in the heart of the action ensuring that every guests journey begins with excitement and ends with satisfaction.

As a Guest Experience Manager you will need to radiate passion for Customer Service and seek new opportunities to improve the Guest experience. As well as being a customer service expert you will be motivating the team to maximise upsells and secondary spends.

This is a 6 month fixed term fulltime role with a working shift pattern to cover 5 out of 7 days. Due to our business being open all year round we require full availability including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications & Experience

So where have you worked before Ideally already in a high volume guest facing environment perhaps a theatre cinema or better still a visitor attraction. Experience in working with stakeholders to enhance the overall guest experience and leading a Guest Obsession strategy would also be of real interest.

Youll be an experienced leader of people (along with all that goes with that such as recruitment coaching and performance management) and have loads of experience working in a customer facing environment that puts the visitor experience at the heart of everything. Youll inspire passion and enthusiasm in others and be able to show us that youve got what it takes to take the responsibility to manage your own department.

Responsible confident and full of initiative youll be someone that can think on their feet problem solve and be decisive. You can take the lead when the pressures on and see problems as challenges that your proactive and innovative approach will find a solution for.
