What youll be doing
As a member of CIBCs BCCT team the Senior Consultant Business Systems Analysis will be responsible for providing advice and consultation for business application developments to ensure growth. The role provides technical leadership interpreting complex information and participating in client business review sessions to influence decisions regarding the use of technology to support objectives. The Senior Consultant Business Systems Analysis role will require specialized skills on CCaaS this individuals capabilities will enable us to deliver superior service to our clients and maintain our competitive edge in the market. How youll succeed
Understanding and Documenting Requirements Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build strong relationships lead discussions listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements. Primarily working with the Rates desk but since it is a crossasset risk management platform they will have opportunities working on other asset classes as well.
Solution Design Build clientfocused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification solution requirements and quality assurance.
Leading and Mentoring Support endtoend project implementation as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational operational and process problems.
Who you are
You can demonstrate experience with: 8 years in a BSA in a BSC role leading projects and designing solutions. With the ability to elicit requirements and write strong documentation.
