Job Description
Head of Platform Engineering
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Head of Platform Engineering to lead our engineering team in building robust and scalable infrastructure. This role requires a strong Software Engineering background Python expertise and experience in JavaScript is a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience leading technical teams and designing highperformance systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Platform Engineering team to build scalable infrastructure.
- Define best practices and ensure highquality software delivery.
- Architect and develop backend systems using Python.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize system performance.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- 1 years of solid experience in Python for backend development.
- Software Engineering background is mandatory.
- Experience with JavaScript (good to have but not required).
- Proven leadership in managing engineering teams.
