Job Description
Business Analyst.
- Seeking experienced Business Analyst to join the Project Management Office Team working in a hybrid work environment.
- Candidate must be a selfstarting team player able to manage multiple assignments at one time; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve; Ability to keep initiatives on track strong organizational skills including attention to detail; Clarity SharePoint DevOps Agile Methodology and PMO experience a plus.
- Experienced in business process analyses developing business requirements use cases and needs assessments to align information technology solutions with business initiatives using industry accepted practices.
- Experience in creating end user documentation standards and processes.
- Organizes and facilitates application testing and user acceptance to ensure business needs are met.
- Provides support for Production incidents and facilitates troubleshooting and close out of reported issues for applications.
- Support Clarity PPM application and initiatives including project reviews reports annual planning as well as testing/validation of changes releases patches and upgrades.
- Technical Environment(s): Clarity SharePoint Azure DevOps Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel OneNote PowerPoint Visio OneDrive for Business).
- Local candidates for hybrid work environment 2 days a week onsite required.
