Lettings Property Manager Derby up to 30k package
My client is a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years in the Derbyshire area. They are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager with experience within Lettings Property Management. Ideally ARLA qualified or have a good understanding of lettings legislation you will need the ability to deal with high pressure situations. This role will require someone with Property Management experience.
This role will include all aspects of Property Management including building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants dealing with maintenance actioning works issuing section notices deposit management carrying out property inspections ensuring property compliance.
Key Skills Required for the Lettings Property Management Role:
- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- You will be accurate organised numerate and technology savvy
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Full and clean UK driving licence
- Well presented
- Strong attention to detail
