This is a nonunion positionThe primary goal of this position is to provide support for IAM operations by improving processes troubleshooting documentation and automating and integrating key components of the program.
You will also be responsible for supporting and executing upon related cyber security initiatives that will mature the program to stay ahead of evolving cyber threats.
What you will do:
You will Support operations team through troubleshooting and incident resolution and validate service delivery.
You will configure and maintain technology solutions.
You will proactively identify potential sources of security or operationsrelated efficiency opportunities.
You are going to Identify and advise on process improvements and solutions.
You are responsible to support and develop managed service partners.
Develop and maintain working relationships with external teams on behalf of IAM leading to efficient service delivery and proactive risk reduction.
Troubleshoot and ensures resolution of technical issues with the environment.
Who you are:
You have a degree/diploma in Information Systems Information Security Engineering or equivalent work experience.
You have minimum 2 years of experience.
Experience with IAM technologies (ie SailPoint CyberArk Entra ID AD)
Experience and understanding of the fundamentals of IAM
Experience in security operations networking deployment development and data analytics
Excellent analytical problem solving technical writing verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with global teams and facilitate meaningful conversations in a group setting.
IT security certifications (GCIH etc) is an asset.
Knowledge of scripting languages (Python Powershell) is nice to have.
Knowledge of the midstream O&G or critical infrastructure environments is preferred.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping kneeling light moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds) reaching above shoulder repetitive motion typing sitting standing visual requirement (able to see screens detect color coding read fine print) hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
