Als Plant Quality Engineer sind Sie Teil eines engagierten vertrauenswrdigen und dynamischen Teams von Fachleuten das eng mit den Bereichen Betrieb Materialprffeld Spezialprffeld Qualittskontrolle und Projektteams zusammenarbeitet. Sie arbeiten mit realen multinationalen internen und externen Teams hauptschlich in Europa zusammen. Ihre Rolle bietet Ihnen gute Sichtbarkeit und Kontaktpunkte von Experten auf der Arbeitsebene bis hin zur Managementebene Ihrer Stakeholder.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung fr Prfverfahren technische Untersttzung und Schulung aller PlantQualityTeams in den Bereichen elektrische optische und Rntgenprfungen.
- Teilnahme an der Entwicklung und berprfung kundenspezifischer Qualittsdokumentationen und Projektdokumente.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Prozessverantwortlichen zur Erstellung von Leistungskennzahlen und Verbesserungen.
- Leitung und Untersttzung bei Root Cause Analysen und deren Nachverfolgung.
- Betreuung von Kundeninspektionen und Audits whrend deren Besuchen im Werk sowie Sicherstellung der Umsetzung vereinbarter Manahmen.
Ihre Fhigkeiten und Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften z. B. Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau mit mehrjhriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualittsmanagement.
- Flieende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MSOffice/SharePoint.
- Neugierig proaktiv vertrauenswrdig.
- Strukturiert zuverlssig belastbar.

Team and Job overview: Plant Quality Engineer Role

What about you
As Plant Quality Engineer you are part of an enthusiastic trusted and dynamic team of professionals working in close contact with operations materials test field special test field quality control and project teams. You collaborate with real internal and external multinational teams located mainly in Europe. You have a good exposure and visibility from the expert operators to the management lines of your stakeholders.
We are looking for a person to:
- Be accountable for test procedures technical support and training for all Plant Quality teams regarding electrical optical and XRay testing.
- Participate to the Customer and project specific quality documentation development and review processes.
- Partner with process owners to generate performance metrics and improvements.
- Lead and provide support during Root Cause Analysis and followups.
- Manage customer inspections and audits during their visits in the plant and ensure implementation of the agreed mitigations.
Your skills and competences
- Completed degree in engineering sciences e.g. electrical engineering or mechanical engineering with several years of professional quality engineering experience.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Very good skills in MSOffice/SharePoint
- Curious Proactive Trustworthy
- Structured Reliable Resilient
