Salary range for this position is
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Participant Support- Manage a caseload of 2022 participants
- Develop and implement personcentered GOALS Development Plans addressing multiple life domains
- Support participants in pursuing educational employment and independent living goals
- Facilitate workbased learning opportunities and job placement services
- Assist participants in developing selfadvocacy skills
- Document participant progress and maintain accurate case records
Program Support- Contribute to program evaluation and quality improvement initiatives
- Collect and track program data and outcome metrics
- Assist with participant surveys and feedback collection
- Support community outreach events and program awareness activities
- Collaborate with GOALS team members to ensure consistent service delivery
Community Engagement- Build and maintain relationships with schools employers and community partners
- Coordinate with vocational rehabilitation services and other support agencies
- Participate in transition planning meetings and IEP conferences as needed
- Support workbased learning initiatives with employer partners
Required Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Special Education Rehabilitation Counseling Social Work or a related field
- Understanding of autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities
- Strong organizational and case management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems
- Ability to travel to various locations throughout New York City
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of transition planning and vocational rehabilitation services
- Familiarity with personcentered planning approaches
- Experience with data collection and outcome measurement
- Background in career development or employment services
