Job Description
Position: General Manager (Fire Protection)
Salary:$90000 $130000 plus quarterly bonus incentives medical insurance dental insurance vision insurance and paid time off.
Location:Baltimore MD
A leading fire protection services company is seeking a resultsdriven team leader with a background in fire protection construction or a related industry to take on the role of General Manager.
Position Overview:
This position will report directly to senior leadership and oversee all aspects of operations including team management policy implementation and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth of all processes.
- Develop and implement short and longterm strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Track and manage financial performance including P&L accountability.
- Build lead and motivate a highperforming team.
- Conduct operational status meetings and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Monitor and assess performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and monitor budgets ensuring adherence to financial targets.
- Enforce policies procedures and administrative guidelines.
- Resolve internal and external conflicts proactively.
- Stay informed of market and industry trends and incorporate insights into strategy.
- Analyze data and develop actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- 510 years of experience managing diverse teams in the fire protection and/or construction industries is required.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance and meet business goals.
- Exceptional organizational communication and conflictresolution skills.
