The Opportunity
We are looking for a Digital Associate Director to join our team bringing expertise in digital solutions content strategy UX consultation and performance analysis. In this role you will provide strategic counsel to clients lead the development and of digital campaigns and contribute to business growth through innovative solutions.
Job Purpose
The Digital Associate Director is responsible for securing maintaining and growing business in their team with a focus on delivering digital solutions. They will provide strategic counsel and guidance to clients on achieving communications and business objectives. This includes developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies including content planning offering expert UX consultation to optimise user experiences and conducting performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.
This role requires an understanding of digital solutions platforms and technologies and the ability to coordinate resources effectively for planning and of a variety of projects. You will manage and mentor teams while collaborating with senior leadership to support the strategic goals of the department and the wider organisation.
Client Servicing:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients providing strategic recommendations on digital engagement
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies including content planning UX enhancements and analyticsdriven improvements.
- Identify and anticipate client needs proactively offering solutions that align with business objectives.
Business Development:
- Drive new business opportunities by expanding client engagements and identifying areas for growth.
- Use Edelmans intellectual property and insights to enhance client proposals and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and present digital strategies that align with client goals and demonstrate measurable ROI.
Digital Strategy & Advisory:
- Provide UX consultation ensuring digital experiences are optimized for engagement and conversion.
- Oversee website projects working collaboratively with external partners to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Utilize web analytics to assess performance making datadriven recommendations for optimization.
- Lead content creation efforts with a particular focus on video social media and thought leadership initiatives.
Team Leadership:
- Foster a positive and highperforming team culture mentoring and coaching junior team members.
- Support professional development and career progression within the digital team.
Financial Management:
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning for key accounts.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and service delivery.

- Proven experience in digital marketing communications or UX strategy.
- Strong ability to lead and manage client accounts delivering resultsdriven strategies.

- Experience managing teams and mentoring talent to drive excellence.
The Account
This role will focus on a highprofile global client with a presence in multiple industries including renewables construction logistics and aviation. Edelman has partnered with this client for over 20 years delivering awardwinning marketing and communications programs across 20 markets. The work spans market research digital strategy content marketing social and influencer engagement and corporate reputation management. In addition the role will offer opportunities to contribute to broader B2B clients within Edelmans Business Marketing practice supporting brands such as Microsoft Samsung KPMG and HSBC.
