INTERNAL VACANCY - THIS VACANCY IS ONLY OPEN TO PERMANENT SAVANTA UK EMPLOYEES
About the Role:
This is a 912-month secondment to the Global Vue team to cover maternity leave (start date is likely to be Autumn 2025). We are looking for applications from Associate Director to Director level. The secondment will be offered at the same grade and salary as the applicants current position.
The Vue team supports clients by helping to retain and grow their brands position within the category or categories where they operate. One of the ways we do this is through our BrandVue platform where we partner with a plethora of blue-chip clients delivering industry-leading insights on the performance of their brands and offering guidance on how their brands can grow.
This is an exciting dynamic and evolving role which will give you the opportunity to identify additional opportunities and make valuable contributions to the development and growth of the brands we work with.
Youll manage client accounts deliver projects and provide consultancy and research support for our BrandVue subscribers. Your role will involve leading story-led reporting present findings and developing expertise in brand growth.
Overseeing medium to large-sized client relationships to support the delivery of the vertical delivery target and ongoing pipeline.
Youll also work closely with the Commercial Team to identify new business opportunities and run client demos and training sessions.
Collaboration with various teams and mentoring junior members are key aspects of this role.
About You:
- You will inspire clients with the professional application of expertise and the quality of your thinking while overseeing the timely execution of projects both in the UK and internationally.
- You will demonstrate a passion for brands and a desire and hunger to spot opportunities and get closer to the clients we already work with.
- You will develop strategic partnerships with our clients helping to drive the strategies of some of the UKs leading brands.
- You will thrive in working in a fast-paced environment being able to work autonomously whilst also providing support and leadership for others in the team.
- Great communication skills are key - being clear confident persuasive and empathetic with clients and colleagues.
- You will be part of a growing team helping to develop our offer and identify broader research opportunities across the business.
- You will be expected to contribute to our collaborative culture with a can-do attitude and a positive approach to your work.
Experience:
- A history of success working with and effectively delivering insights to a variety of different client types (minimum of 1 year at Savanta).
- Comfortable and interested in having more strategic high-level conversations with clients
- Experience with a range of insight solutions so you can identify research needs beyond our BrandVue platform
- A solid understanding of different research methodologies and solutions when they are suitable and how to apply them
- Comfortable using large numeric data sets to answer specific client objectives and create insight reports that are clear strategic and story-led
