The Home Care Operations Manager for Elite Home Care LLC will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of the Elite Home Care Office in Laurens. The Home Care Operations Manager ensures both state and federal programming regulatory compliance in the Office through the implementation of Elite Home Care policies and procedures. The Home Care Operations Manager will maintain brand uniformity for the Elite Home Care Offices in terms of scheduling and operational processes. The Home Care Operations Manager will be skilled in developing new processes and procedures and look for opportunities to increase efficiencies and outcomes of the Office.
Primary Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
The Home Care Operations Manager will supervise the caregivers at the Laurens office and serve as a resource to provide support for the Offices daily operations and scheduling. The Home Care Operations Manager will be aware of hour trends anticipated growth and all reasons for losses as well as analyzing for new growth and maintenance of growth. The Home Care Operations Manager will be responsible for the oversight and improvement of all operations: Overtime Billing Payroll Resolutions Hiring Training Quality of Care Quality of Schedule.
Will coordinate efforts and perform excellent communication staff employed by Elites various service lines to Clients experiences and ensure optimal collaborative efforts are being made to address care challenges and uphold the quality and expectations of Elites services.
The Home Care Operations Manager will participate in weekly team calls with the Regional Home Care Manager of Operations to discuss each individual Offices past week performance and participate in development of solutions to address challenges that arise. Hours are 84:30 Monday through Friday.
