Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented Data Modeler to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As a Data Modeller you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining data models for our clients data warehouse solutions.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques
- Experience in designing and implementing data models for data warehouses
- Industry Knowledge Understanding the fundamentals of Data Modelling in Hadoop
- Logical and physical data modelling in complex environments spanning Hadoop and Teradata
- Familiarity with Erwin Data Modeler tool model mart the Web Portal feature.
- Experience in banking/financial industry models and designing Enterprise data models.
- Proficiency in data modeling tools and techniques
- Strong SQL skills including complex query writing and performance tuning
- Experience with database technologies such as Oracle SQL Server or Teradata
- Knowledge of ETL processes and tools
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data needs
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
