Job Description
Were seeking a dynamic Data Analyst to join our team. Youll be a strategic thinker adept at quickly
transforming raw data into actionable insights especially in response to urgent ad-hoc requests.
Your expertise in business intelligence and data management will directly support our strategic
initiatives and drive informed decision-making across the organization.
Data Management: Gather clean and prepare data from diverse sources ensuring top-tier
data quality for accurate analysis.
Exploratory Analysis: Dive deep into datasets to uncover trends patterns and anomalies
revealing key business opportunities.
Data Visualization: Create and maintain compelling dashboards and reports using tools like
Tableau or Power BI effectively communicating insights to stakeholders.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop
robust analysis plans.
Insight Presentation: Clearly and concisely present findings and recommendations through
both verbal and written reports.
Process Automation: Assist in automating reporting processes to boost efficiency and reduce
manual workload.
Technology Advancement: Stay current with the latest data analysis tools and technologies
to ensure the best practices.
Data Governance: Support the implementation of data governance measures to maintain
data accuracy and integrity.

Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with meticulous attention to
detail.
Visualization Expertise: Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) for
creating impactful visual reports.
Programming Proficiency: Competence in data analysis programming languages (R or
Python) for custom scripting.
Database Skills: Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored to
diverse audiences.
Adaptability & Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced
environment managing multiple priorities.
Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate data and identify actionable
business insights.
Bachelors degree in Statistics Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
Proven expertise in business intelligence (BI) tools (SSIS SSRS SSAS).
Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
Experience in big data crunching and analysis.
Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights.
