Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales quotas by focusing on sales activities and valueadded services.
  • ValueBased Selling: Utilize valuebased selling techniques to identify and address client needs explain contract terms and propose effective solutions.
  • Exceptional Client Support: Proactively address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Creative ProblemSolving: Effectively resolve service issues and negotiate solutions that meet both client and company needs.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and uptodate client records within our CRM system.
  • Customer Retention: Identify and proactively address potential customer churn.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work effectively with operations billing collections and sales teams to deliver exceptional client solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2 years of successful experience in sales or account management.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Strong CRM software proficiency excellent communication and interpersonal skills proven ability to meet sales targets strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Professionalism: Selfmotivated organized detailoriented and possess a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Client Focus: Ability to build rapport with clients demonstrate strong account management skills and effectively resolve client issues.
