Job Description
Pay:$16.50$18.00 per hour(depending on related experience)
Nature of Work:
This position collects all the requests for treatment screens potential clients as appropriate to CAST services checks client insurance for validity and schedules clients with appropriate therapists. In addition greeting persons coming into the building or department and either providing them with service directing them to a waiting area or directing them to others better equipped to provide service and/or answers; making appointments for staff members and maintaining appointment calendars; and assisting with a variety of clerical work as time permits.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree in human services related field preferred.
- Experience in working within a multidisciplinary team and a working knowledge and understanding mental health diagnoses preferred.
