Job Title: Employee Relations Officer Subsea Pipeline Project (Oil & Gas)
Location: Taiwan
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Officer to support workforce management for a Subsea Pipeline Project in Taiwan. The role involves handling employee relations conflict resolution compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive work environment. The candidate will act as a liaison between management and employees ensuring smooth communication and adherence to company policies.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1012 years of experience in employee relations for Oil & Gas onshore/offshore pipeline projects.
- Fluent in Mandarin (reading writing and speaking) mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Taiwanese labor laws dispute resolution and HR best practices.
- Experience in handling grievances disciplinary actions and employee engagement programs.
- Ability to develop and implement HR policies and workplace improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills.
