As a Customer Solutions Officer you will play a crucial role in being the first point of contact for both existing and prospective consumers of AHAC. You will deliver a seamless client experience empowering clients to manage their care plans effectively. Your responsibilities will include responding to inquiries troubleshooting servicerelated matters and ensuring clients receive personcentred care tailored to their needs.
