Basic qualifications include:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 years of manufacturing experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.
Willing and able to work any shift schedule including nights and weekends.
Ability to wear all required Fall Protection Equipment and other PPE
Ability to perform work on a ladder or in mechanical lift at height levels of approximately 3040 ft in the air
Willing and able to adhere to all safety and EOHS standards and wear and utilize all personal protective equipment.
Ability to bend climb crawl work in confined spaces work in hazardous condition spaces work in extreme weather conditions use hazardous materials and lift up to 50 lbs. on a continual basis
Ability to work at heights of up to 300 ft
Preferred qualifications include:
Technical college/vocational school certificate or Associates degree in Manufacturing related area preferred.
3 years of manufacturing experience
Experience troubleshooting and repairing technical issues.
Food safety experience.
Fork Lift experience.
Experience with SAP.
Ability to access input and retrieve information from a computer/ computer systems.
Tolerance for food processing smells and a dusty nonclimate controlled work environment.
Ability to clearly and effectively express ideas.
Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills.
Selfdirected with strong resultsoriented attitude.
Planning and organizational skills.
Expected Areas of Skills
Operate and troubleshoot various production equipment
Ability to communicate with other technicians maintenance technicians quality technicians and member of managements in an effective way

Physical Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $ $ USD
Pay is based on multiple nondiscriminatory individualized factors including but not limited to experience jobrelated knowledge and education skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses profitsharing and for Executivelevel (salary grade 16 and above) roles only longterm incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
