Are you a motivated individual with a passion for IT support EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a talented Junior Service Desk Engineer to join our team at our headquarters in Athens. This is your chance to kickstart your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What Youll Do:
- Work as part of a team of IT engineers providing desktop support to corporate users;
- Installation & Support of desktop infrastructure & software;
- Provide technical support to corporate users;
- Manage and Monitor Desktop Security;
- Collaborate with the corporate IT team with respect to the rollout of new IT services.
Requirements
- The candidate should have a foundation in desktop hardware & MS Windows;
- 12 years of experience with desktop/laptop hardware;
- Experience with Windows Server Management and Virtualization an advantage;
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken.
