Job Objective
The Project Manager is responsible for safe ontime and successful project that meets or exceeds our clients expectations. The Project Manager will lead a team of Project Supervisors Project Specialists and Field Operators ensuring each member is involved in the planning process aware of their responsibilities and carries out tasks. Each role should strive for continuous improvement through training and experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Operations Coordinator with project related documents and Track jobs
- Timeline Management (Planned vs Actual)
- Train and Coach Team Members
- Promote and Lead Safety
- Post Job Report write up (Team Effort)
- Time sheets for all personnel on job
- Overall Safety for the team
- Head count proposal (Sales Support)
- Post Job Performance Reviews
- Planning Documentation (Responsible for all project management)
- Lead Kickoff Meetings and Post Job Reviews (internal and external)
- Sales Support (Job walks as needed for initial proposal)
- Submit Final Job report
- Change order development (Cost Tracking)
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors 810 years equivalent experience in refinery unit decontamination.
- Knowledge and experience in Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Visio.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understand and ability to read Schedules (P6 and MS Project)
- Understand and ability to read P&IDs and other Schematics
Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this job the employee must repeatedly stand stoop speak listen and use hands to seize grip hold reach turn life or carry objects 50 lbs. or more and use equipment requiring high dexterity.

Working Environment
- Potential exposure to dust (chemical and environmental) fumes (chemical and fluids) exhaust and highly pressurized fluids. (Respiratory protective equipment will be provided if required.
- Occasionally work under extreme climate conditions (excessive high heat index of 95 Fahrenheit 98 humidity and subzero weather)
- The noise in the environment is quiet but some equipment will be above 95 decibels.
