Job Description
Are you a highly motivatedTest ManagerEUROPEAN DYNAMICSis seeking a skilled Test Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role you will lead test activities ensuring highquality software delivery. You will collaborate with developers business analysts and stakeholders to define testing strategies manage test and oversee defect resolution. The position is for a mixed remote and on premises working mode and based in Athens Greece.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and implement test strategies and test plans for software projects;
- Coordinate manual and automated testing efforts ensuring comprehensive coverage;
- Lead a team of testers providing guidance and best practices;
- Ensure test cases align with business requirements and technical specifications;
- Collaborate with development teams to define test environments and data requirements;
- Monitor test track defects and report on quality metrics.
Requirements
Mandatory
- University degree or equivalent;
- 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance;
- Experience with test management tools and understanding of test automation frameworks;
- Strong knowledge of functional regression integration and performance testing;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Good command of the english language.
Optional
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies;
- ISTQB Certification is a plus.
