Location: Poland Onsite Hybrid or Remote
Contract Type: Permanent Employment or B2B
Salary Range: Gross

Key responsibilities:
Managing projects in terms of delivery time and budget
Managing the team members on your projects
Having direct contact with clients related to your projects
Managing managed services engagements
Collaboration with other leaders from different countries such as delivery managers project managers managing directors and sales directors
Working closely together with the distributed development teams
Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Assisting in designing and developing new efficient ways of working
Identify gaps in current processes and work on appropriate resolutions
Responsible for monthsend activities such as invoicing budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications :
4 years of experience as a Project Manager/Delivery Manager (or similar)
Background in IT industry is a must
Demonstrated experience working in a multicultural company with international customers
Proven track record working directly with the client
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Experience with Businesstobusiness services
Able to handle ad hoc tasks outside of regular projects
Strong interpersonal skills coordinating teamclient collaboration
Great to have at least one PM certificate (Prince2 Agile/SCRUM etc.
