Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic team focused on developing cuttingedge products for securing data at rest using advanced cryptographic techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cryptography data security and product development combined with proven leadership skills. This role requires a blend of technical expertise strategic thinking and the ability to manage crossfunctional teams to deliver innovative and secure solutions.

Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- Experience with Key Management Systems and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs).
- Stay updated on emerging threats and advancements in cryptography to incorporate stateoftheart practices.
- Experience managing employees who require little oversight in completing assigned work
- Experience providing direction delegate assignments and support to accomplish tasks with their team
- Experience with agile development environments
- Fluency in one or more relevant programming language (Java C Python JavaScript)
- Experience completing projects based on company priorities context risks and desired outcomes
- Familiarity with compliance standards like FIPS 1402/3 PCI DSS HIPAA GDPR.

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $187600 $328300 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
