- Assist in hiring and training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
- Oversee both front and back of house operations including waiters bussers and kitchen team
- Maintain highquality food standards
- Oversee compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements
- Provide exceptional guest service and lead his/her team to do the same
- Develop strategies for improving the guests dining experience
- Work with his/her team to project future needs for kitchen supplies goods and cleaning products.
- Maintain inventory of all needed supplies
- Manage the work schedules of the restaurant team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
- Strong work ethic and can do attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly responsible and reliable personality
