POSITION DETAILS
As a Program Supervisor at Aura Behavioral Health you will support your clinical team by providing regular supervision to clients and ongoing clinical training to behavior technicians. You will maintain a billable caseload and receive direct supervision from a BCBA in accordance with BACB standards.
Essential Functions:
Conduct and support implementation of functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments
Design implement and/or train others in individualized language play and skill-based curricula
Supervise and oversee Registered Behavior Technicians ensuring quality data collection and program fidelity
Analyze and present data-driven progress
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support generalization of skills
Maintain strong ethical standards and familiarity with ABA-based strategies including DTT NET and PECS
Serve as a role model for strong communication organization and problem-solving
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A bachelors degree and educational coursework completed in the areas of applied behavior analysis marriage and family therapy child development special education psychology or related field AND either:
o 12 semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services; OR
o Two years of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services
At least 1 year of experience supervising behavior technicians
Masters in progress or completed (preferred)
BCaBA QASP-S or similar certification (preferred)
Coursework or experience with functional assessments data analysis and ABA-based teaching
Must pass a criminal background check
Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license
