The candidate will increase credential issuance and card acceptance in Portugal while positioning other money movement solutions and value added services by working with overall payments ecosystem. This position is based in Lisbon Portugal.
Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in business administration economics or engineering (preferred but not required)
Minimum of 4 years of experience (preferred but not required: business / strategy consulting banking investment banking or payments)
Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus)
Excellent presentation skills
Strong problemsolving skills and creativity to identify new opportunities/anticipate how can impact the industry
Effective communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization
Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance
Good business planning and project management skills
Ability to:
Work independently and engage multiple levels of management in key decisions where required for the business
Identify key strategic issues generate and deliver creative and innovative solutions to problems and opportunities
Support different Clients projects concurrently
Collaborate with different profiles / functions promoting healthy teamwork environment
Manage & grow internal and external resources and cross functional relationships
