ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Paid Media Lead at Food52 will be responsible for driving and optimizing paid media strategies across various digital platforms. You will manage campaigns across search display social and other paid channels to maximize ROI and ensure our brand reaches the right audience at the right time. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance creativity with datadriven decisionmaking and will play a key role in increasing the visibility and growth of Food52.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies across Google Ads Facebook Instagram Pinterest TikTok and other relevant channels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing creative adjustments and bid strategy refinement to meet KPIs and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Content teams to design compelling ad creatives and messaging that align with Food52s brand.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns providing insights and recommendations to optimize results and improve future strategies.
  • Manage budgets for paid media campaigns ensuring effective allocation across platforms and consistent monitoring to stay within targets.
  • Work with data analytics tools to track and measure key metrics such as costperacquisition (CPA) return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and changes to advertising platforms to ensure Food52s campaigns remain competitive and effective.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align paid media strategies with broader brand and growth initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for improvement and new tactics.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS

  • Ensure campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Contribute to the broader marketing strategy by identifying trends and opportunities that can help shape Food52s approach to paid media.
  • Work closely with the finance and analytics teams to assess and report on the financial performance of paid media initiatives.
  • Experiment with new platforms and innovative ad formats to stay ahead of the competition and improve results.

SUCCESS METRICS

  • Achievement of paid media KPIs including CPA ROAS and customer acquisition rates.
  • Effective budget management ensuring campaigns are executed within financial parameters and deliver positive ROI.
  • Improved conversion rates and campaign performance over time through strategic optimization efforts.
  • Increased brand visibility and customer acquisition driven by paid media channels.
  • Clear and insightful reporting on campaign results leading to informed decisions and strategy adjustments.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4 years of experience in paid media digital advertising or a related field with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across various platforms.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads Facebook/Instagram Ads TikTok and other paid media channels.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics Facebook Ads Manager and other reporting platforms.
  • Experience with budget management bid strategies and campaign optimization.
  • A datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance data to improve results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally with creative data and marketing teams.
  • A passion for food home and lifestyle content is a plus.

COMPENSATION

For residents of CT NJ or NY the compensation for this role is $120000 $140000. Factors used to determine the salary range for a given position may impact what salary within the stated range may be offered to any particular candidate (e.g. years of experience level of education obtained etc..

This is an exempt role.

The target pay range for this role is between $120000 $140000.

This role is eligible for participation in our annual bonus program.
