Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Litigation Solicitor to join their team on a feesharing basis. This selfemployed role is based in the Holborn office and is ideal for a solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload independently with a strong focus on delivering results. You will have the flexibility to work independently while benefiting from the resources and reputation of an established firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters including commercial disputes civil litigation contract disputes and debt recovery.
Provide clear practical and commercially sound legal advice to clients.
Draft pleadings motions and legal documents and prepare cases for litigation.
Represent clients in court mediation arbitration and other legal proceedings as required.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships delivering excellent client service.
Proactively engage in business development and networking to grow your own practice.
Work autonomously contributing to fee generation in line with agreed targets.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years PQE as a Solicitor specialising in litigation.
Proven experience in handling a wide range of litigation matters including commercial disputes and contract law.
Strong legal drafting and advocacy skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Selfmotivated organised and capable of managing a full caseload with minimal supervision.
Proficient in legal research case management software and Microsoft Office.
A proactive approach to business development and client acquisition.
Compliance with SRA and other relevant regulations.
