Salary: OTE 40k
Position: Permanent Full Time
A dynamic established Estate & Lettings Agency are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator/ Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their professional estate team where long term career progression and earning potential exists for the successful candidate.

The company may consider a candidate for a trainee Lettings Negotiator position if the candidate can demonstrate transferable skills and the right attitude
Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator/ Senior Lettings Negotiator (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Residential lettings experience essential
- Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally wellpresented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of Woking and surrounding area helpful
- Full UK Driving License and own car essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
