Roles and Responsibilities:
7 years experienceconducting Quality Assurance testing required
Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server Test Manager and Lab Manager required.
Independently manages all QA and testing activities as assigned for test planning and addressing blocks or issues affecting progress working all defects associated with application under test to closure.
Hands on experience working with Project or Business Teams to review business requirements and use cases providing feedback to improve product completeness quality and testability
Experience working in a TestDriven Development environment reviewing unit tests (created by developers) and gauging overall quality and code coverage
Understands automated build processes/practices and code management techniques
Experience working in Agile pods or Scrum teams within the confines of iteration based ALM and SDLC practices as well as deep experience in all facets of Agile development.
Security and/or penetration testing
Usability testing and or heuristic inspections
