About the Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Anon youll work at the intersection of engineering product and customer success to drive technical implementations for our most strategic enterprise clients. This hybrid role combines handson development with customer partnership and technical leadership giving you broad impact across the organization. Youll collaborate directly with customers and internal teams to scope build and deploy solutions that push the boundaries of whats possible with AI agent authentication.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Implementation & Customer Partnership
Lead technical discovery and implementation projects with enterprise customers
Build and deploy custom integrations and solutions for specific customer needs
Serve as the technical lead for strategic customer relationships
Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and solutions
Develop proofofconcept implementations and technical demonstrations
Product & Engineering Impact
Work with the engineering team to improve product based on customer feedback
Identify and develop reusable solutions that can benefit multiple customers
Contribute to platform architecture and design decisions
Create technical documentation and implementation guides
Build example applications and integration demos
Crossfunctional Leadership
Bridge communication between customers engineering and product teams
Lead technical training sessions and provide implementation guidance
Influence product roadmap through customer insights and field experience
Create technical content including documentation tutorials and best practices
What Were Looking For
Technical Requirements
25 years of experience for Standard role; 58 years for Senior role
Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and at least one backend language (Rust Go)
Experience with modern cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
Track record of shipping complex technical products endtoend
Familiarity with authentication systems and API design
Experience with browser automation tools is a plus
Customer & Product Acumen
Prior experience in customerfacing technical roles
Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate them to technical solutions
Experience leading technical discovery and implementation projects
Strong product intuition and ability to balance technical tradeoffs with customer impact
