You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe City of Topekas Utilities department is seeking a customerfocused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. Members of our team serve as a first point of contact for customers and contractors and are responsible for providing excellent service and support for Utility accounts.

The ideal candidate:
Hours of operation are MF 7:30 a.m. 5:30 p.m. Work schedule will be dependent on seniority within those hours.
Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. One year of clerical experience is required with one year of customer service experience preferred. Prior call center and/or data entry experience is highly desirable. Must be proficient in the use of standard office software.
Entry rate of pay: $16.62 $17.37 per hour depending on qualifications
