IT Senior Solution Architect CRM and Integration
The role will:
- Lead the design and implementation of solutions for CRM integration and billing systems to meet business needs and strategic goals.
- Provide architectural guidance and support to development teams across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements and recommend the best technical solutions to solve business challenges.
- Ensure solutions are designed with best practices in mind addressing performance scalability and security considerations.
- Contribute to the development of architectural frameworks and standards for integration and billing platforms.
- Design and oversee the integration of systems focusing on efficient and reliable data flows across various enterprise applications.
- Provide technical leadership on Salesforce and Oracle Service Bus (OSB) technologies ensuring optimal integration with existing platforms.
- Stay uptodate with emerging technologies industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement within the IT department.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a strong focus on CRM integration and billing solutions.
- Expertise in designing and implementing complex system architectures.
- Indepth knowledge and experience with Salesforce CRM platform.
- Strong experience with Oracle Service Bus (OSB) or similar integration platforms.
- Expertise in enterprise system integration and architecture design.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams and departments.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver solutions on time.
- Advanced certifications in Salesforce (e.g. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect).
- Familiarity with energy sectorspecific IT solutions and systems.
- Experience with cloudbased solutions (e.g. AWS Azure).
- Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
