Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic marketing and communications team focused on delivering highimpact creative projects. This role is responsible for managing the daytoday of design initiatives optimizing creative workflows and ensuring operational excellence.

What Youll Do:
- Oversee and manage multiple creative projects serving as the primary point of contact for creative teams stakeholders and business partners.
- Facilitate project intake assess resource needs and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear accurate project briefs and effectively translate requirements for the creative team.
- Develop detailed project workback schedules and communicate timelines to relevant teams.
- Track project milestones proactively drive progress and ensure timely approvals and delivery.
- Maintain clear and organized documentation within project management tools (e.g. Jira Smartsheet).
- Lead project kickoff meetings review sessions and leadership discussions while documenting key takeaways and action items.
- Operate with a sense of urgency and adaptability to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Ensure all creative deliverables align with brand guidelines legal requirements and quality standards.
- Identify potential blockers and proactively collaborate on solutions to keep projects on track.
- Champion best practices in creative workflow management and process optimization.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned project manager with 45 years of experience in creative project management either within an agency or an inhouse creative team.
- Skilled in overseeing design and marketing projects across various channels including branding email web digital advertising CRM OOH and print.
- Adept at coordinating large crossfunctional teams and driving alignment across complex creative initiatives.
- A strong communicator who can clearly articulate project goals expectations and updates.
- Resilient and adaptable in response to evolving priorities and unexpected challenges.
- Passionate about organization efficiency and continuously improving processes.
- Experienced in utilizing project management software particularly Jira and Smartsheet.
