Commercial Account Handler
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: Competitive salary generous bonus structure 26 days holiday bank holidays
One of the UKs largest independent Insurance Brokers looking to welcome another member to their growing team. They are looking for someone with insurance experience to support client portfolios. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and work in a business that supports career development and can provide lots of opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Supporting a designated client portfolio working alongside an account executive
Acting as the clients first point of contact on smaller clients whilst heavily involved with client management on the larger risks
Building strong relationships
Supporting clients with queries as they arise
Facetoface meetings alongside the account executive or independently are encouraged
Working alongside some experienced people will get a lot of opportunities to learn and gain qualifications that will promote your career.
Requirements:
- Some insurance industry background is essential
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and have initiative
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Customer service experience is important as you will need the confidence to have
- Strong customer service or sales skills
- Positive outlook engaging & collaborative
