Job Description
Essential Job Duties
- Organize products efficiently and accurately with moderate to minimal supervision while validating quality and producing an output that is thorough and exact to aid production in executing delivery to customer.
- Implement and use inventory control methods for product/component accuracy on production floor via Kanbans and point of use.
- Safely move materials throughout the facility in support of operations in a clean room environment.
- Aid in investigation of inventory issues for root cause and long-term correction implementation.
- Utilize inventory controls to track retrieve process and deliver to production areas with high urgency.
- Work closely with other areas of logistics and production to standardize processes of inventory control.
- Perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high quality and on-time delivery
- Support all areas of the production and areas holding inventory.
- Perform data collection effectively by using Microsoft Office products and current data collection methods
- Maintain control and monitor inventory and perform transactions utilizing our inventory control system with a high level of accuracy

Qualifications :
- Experience in Material Handling operations preferred.
- Experience and/or certification in operating material-handling equipment preferred.
- Forklift certification highly preferred
- Ability to adhere to attendance safety quality and performance guidelines.
- Experience with computer systems (MS Office SAP Agile WMS) is highly preferred.
- Minimum high school degree/ Secondary Education or equivalent.
Working Conditions
- Ability to lift material up to 50 lbs.
- Extensive walking and repetitive physical motion (squatting bending lifting climbing ladders) is required.
- Must continuously exhibit and showcase CCEE (Character Capacity Energy and Experience)
- Excellent verbal written skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well jointly with in Team Function.
Additional Information :
For New York the expected salary range for this position is between $37440 and $45760 per year to be paid per hour. In addition INFICON employees are eligible for a profit sharing bonus with a target of 10%. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience location and other factors permitted by law.
