Job Description

Petroleum Management is Hiring Responsible individuals for a Management Position in one of our Retail locations. Our management staff is responsible to provide a Clean and Friendly Customer Service orientated experience for our customer. Management will usually work a minimum of 48 hours a week and day parts will vary depending on scheduling and staffing.

Key Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Manage Daily Operations including manage financial controls staff development and compliance across all shifts.
- Full accountability for Store Operations and helps to ensure increased sales profitability and employee management training and retention.
- Assists the General Manager in managing margins C.O.G.s and loss prevention.
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and audits.
- Assist in Sales stocking merchandising ordering cleaning and backstocking
- Handling registers functions including backup cashiering managing customer return and complaints
- Ability to work a schedule based on store needs which includes evenings weekends holidays
- Understands what the meaning of Sense of Urgency implies and demonstrates it in their work ethic.
Education & Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- 12 years of related experience or a combination of education and experience in Management or Retail Sales.
- Retail Experience and or Management Experience Preferred
- Able to MultiTask Take direction and give direction
Pay: $40000.00 $50000.00 per year Depending on experience.
