Job Description
At Red Mountain Weight Loss we are passionate about transforming lives. As we continue to innovate were looking for a Salesforce Tester to play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our Salesforce Health Cloud Program.
This hybrid role requires two days per week working onsite at our North Scottsdale AZ corporate office. We do not offer visa sponsorship at this time.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality integration and performance of the Copado Regression Test Suite.
- Partner with Salesforce Administrators to ensure business requirements are met.
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify unexpected issues and enhance the user experience.
- Document and report defects issues and test results throughout the development cycle.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins to troubleshoot and resolve bugs.
- Debug and track issues during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure a seamless rollout.
- Provide product updates identify system improvements and support integrations to meet business needs.
- Maintain daily progress reports proactively addressing any challenges.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 13 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
