- Design and implement security solutions for information systems
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analysis
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches
- Develop and enforce security policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate security measures into systems
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficiency in security tools (e.g. firewalls intrusion detection systems)
- Strong understanding of encryption technologies
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g. NIST HIPAA)
- Experience with vulnerability scanning and penetration testing
- Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) practices
- Expertise in threat detection and mitigation strategies
DESIRED SKILLS
- Experience with cloud security models (e.g. AWS Azure)
- Knowledge of network security protocols and architecture
- Familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools
- Proficiency in security automation and scripting (e.g. Python PowerShell)
- Understanding of secure software development practices
- Experience with risk management frameworks and security audits
