About the Role:
We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support and facilitate project management efforts in collaboration with multiple departments. This entrylevel role is ideal for someone eager to develop foundational skills in project coordination while working with modern project management tools. Additionally this position will assist in the onboarding and offboarding of properties during acquisitions and dispositions.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation
Track project timelines and deadlines using Monday or similar platforms
Manage and coordinate projects within Yardi Suite and RealPage platforms
Compile and distribute project status updates
Organize vendor demonstrations and explore new technology solutions
Schedule and support project meetings
Monitor project budgets and assist with basic expense tracking
Support data entry recordkeeping and ticket system operations
Track and follow up on help desk support requests
Identify and report potential project risks
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of properties during acquisitions and dispositions
What Were Looking For:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
Willingness to learn and adapt to new project management tools
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Basic understanding of project management principles
Entrylevel experience welcomed were looking for motivation and a willingness to learn!
Salary Range: $60K to $65K
