We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our clients studio team as a Card Room Coordinator. This role is crucial in ensuring the secure and efficient handling of all card-shuffling operations.

Responsibilities:
As a Card Room Coordinator your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Deal table games following company rules and procedures.
- Oversee and coordinate a team of card shufflers during assigned shifts.
- Organize and plan the distribution of cards throughout the studio.
- Prepare and shuffle cards for various games as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for internal audits.
- Ensure card integrity and monitor handling processes.
- Operate and manage a specialized card tracking system.
- Train and support new shufflers to maintain high operational standards.
- Promote a positive and productive team environment.
Requirements:
