Job Description
Job title: Quality Analyst
Account: Consumer Electronics
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule (Morning Mid Graveyard)
Work Arrangement: Onsite (HM Tower W Geonzon St Cebu City)
Salary Package : (up to 50000)Offers a relocation package
Start date: ASAP

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years in college preferably a bachelors degree
Minimum 2 years of experience (preferably in a BPO or similar environment)
Proficiency with technology especially computers software applications and phone systems
Strong operational knowledge of PowerPoint Excel and Word
Minimum of 6 months technical experience
Soft Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
High Customer Service Orientation
High level of integrity and judgment
Strong Knowledge of quality evaluation and customer service metrics
Attention to detail and desire to follow procedures Solid RCA skills action planning and coaching skills
Strong organizational multitasking and timemanagement skills
Shift Flexibility
35wpm and 80 accuracy
