Mandatory Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of working experience with Siebel CRM that involves architectural modelling and governance production support development and integration performance tuning and solutions design
• Minimum of 15 years of working experience with Oracle DBMS that involves database design and modelling PL/SQL development system performance tuning and database administration
• Minimum of 10 years of implementation experience with cloudbased platforms such as IaaS SaaS and PaaS and the integration of crossplatform systems with cloud and onprem solutions (including hybrid cloud)
• Minimum of 7 years on evaluating risk mitigation strategies and architecting cloudbased solutions for highsensitivity data assets
• Minimum of 7 years of working experience with different cloudbased resources/assets to develop interoperability solutions/integrations within a hybrid cloud environment
• Extensive technical experience in executing complex Siebel upgrade cycles and ability to provide input into release strategies for dryrun/dress rehearsals/golive and production support during warranty period
• Implementation and design experience with Oracle Siebel integration to different partner systems such as Midtier/Mainframe using array of protocols such as REST/SOAP API for Web Services
• Stakeholder management experience to concurrently manage relationships with Corporate Security / Architecture Privacy Office CIO Office Program Management Office Steering Committees and Funding Approval Boards and directors across multiple linesofbusiness.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation including facilitation of agile sessions while managing partnership with external vendors and system integrators
• Implementation and project experience in a hybridagile delivery model
• Experience with research option analysis and providing recommendations and strategic advice to senior management based on technical considerations and best practices
