As Senior Renewals Manager at Dataiku you will play a critical role in ensuring the longterm success of our customers by engaging with them to secure ontime renewals and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

As an integral member of this newlyformed gotomarket team you will collaborate with colleagues across the broader revenue operations and customer organizations to maximize the value our platform delivers. This crossfunctional role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fastgrowing SaaS organization while helping shape our renewal strategy and best practices.

How youll make an impact

  • Maximize Retention Rate Net New Annual Recurring Revenue (NNARR) and OnTime Renewal (OTR) through effective renewal management.
  • Drive strong engagement in the 180day renewal framework to ensure seamless customer retention.
  • Analyze customer renewal data to develop retention uplift mitigation and expansion strategies.
  • Partner with revenue and customer teams to proactively address risks and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Support atrisk customers through mitigation planning and customer success initiatives.
  • Lead contract renewal negotiations to achieve successful timely closures.
  • Evaluate license usage and ensure trueup requirements are accurately processed.
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts on renewals and associated risks.
  • Contribute to renewal process improvements helping refine policies workflows and tools for scalability.

What youll need to be successful

  • At least 5 to 7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS renewals account management or a related field.
  • Background in commercial negotiations and account management.
  • Proficiency in revenue technologies including ability to manage your own book of business.
  • Strong customerfirst mindset with a proactive approach to mitigating risks and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ability to navigate SaaS contracting discussions and renewal workflows with confidence.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities remain adaptable and work effectively under pressure.

What youll need to stand out

  • A datadriven approach to renewals leveraging analytics to drive retention and expansion strategies.
  • Functional expertise in key business areas such as FP&A or Supply Chain is a plus.
  • A natural ability to build strong crossfunctional relationships working seamlessly with Sales CS and Operations teams.
  • A strong understanding of subscriptionbased business models and best practices in renewals management.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced highgrowth SaaS environment demonstrating agility and problemsolving skills.
  • A proactive growthoriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
Compensation and Benefits

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location internal equity education skill set experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataikus incentive compensation program.
