Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated certified Service Delivery Manager fluent in English. This is a remote telework position allowing you to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic and friendly project team. Freelancer and/or parttime employment is acceptable.
What Youll Do:
- Supervise and manage Information Systems (IS) operations ensuring service continuity and swift resolution of outages;
- Drive the service delivery process ensuring highquality efficient and reliable IT services;
- Lead and coordinate the service delivery team optimising performance and collaboration;
- Address and manage customer feedback ensuring satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Requirements
MustHave Qualifications:
- University degree in IT Computer Science or a related field;
- At least 8 years of experience in IT including at least 4 years handson experience in service delivery management;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Valid ITIL Specialist certification.
NicetoHave Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in a relevant field;
- Strong knowledge of service management principles methodologies and best practices (e.g. ITIL);
- Experience with team collaboration and IT service management tools such as ServiceNow Atlassian Suite Microsoft 365;
- Strong leadership and problemsolving abilities to navigate service challenges effectively;
- ITIL Managing Professional (or ITIL Expert) certification.
