Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a dynamic sales team providing coaching and performance support.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive course enrolments across key areas.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales ensuring high conversion rates from a strong pipeline of leads.
- Build relationships with HR teams industry professionals and key stakeholders.
- Conduct research on market trends identifying opportunities for training partnerships.
- Work closely with the marketing and communications team on lead generation campaigns.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports on KPIs enrolment trends and market insights.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and funding requirements.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales leadership a bonus is within VET RTOs or trainingrelated sectors.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- High energy resilience and the ability to motivate a team.
- Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Suite (Excel VLOOKUPs pivot tables)
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Flexibility to attend industry events expos and networking nights outside of standard hours (time in lieu provided).
