Who We Are
At DEAN Adventure Camps we believe summer is about more than just funits a time for kids to build skills gain confidence and form lifelong friendships. Our handson highenergy programs encourage campers (PreK to age 15 to Discover Explore Achieve and Navigate new adventures. From skateboarding and sewing to team challenges and creative problemsolving every camper gains realworld skills while making unforgettable memories.

What Youll Do
As a Camp Counselor youll help create a safe inclusive and engaging environment where kids thrive. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading handson activities like skateboarding robotics woodworking parkour and creative arts.
- Supporting teambuilding challenges and outdoor adventures.
- Fostering a welcoming space that celebrates diversity and inclusion.
- Managing groups with enthusiasm patience and creativity.
- Acting as a mentor and role model for campers and junior staff.

Schedule and Requirements
- JuneAugust (exact dates vary by location)
- MondayFriday 3640 hours per week
- Must be fully vaccinated and up to date on all immunizations.
- Ability to lift 35 lbs respond quickly to emergencies and work in an active outdoor environment.
