Job Description
To ensure all equipment is available and clean at all times. To ensure kitchens or back halls are cleaned.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Provide the highest quality guest interactions be pleasant friendly and polite to everyone
- Responsible for the proper cleaning rack and distribution of all china glass and silverware
- Maintain required standards of sanitation and cleanliness
- Minimize breakage of circulating equipment
- Follow service standards and best practices at all times
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork with other departments and associates
- Respond to guest requests
- Must have valid drivers license
Tools & Equipment:
- 15 Passenger Van
- Cleaning Chemicals
- Pens Pencils and Paper
- Calculator
- Scrub Brushes Mops and Brooms
- Telephones
- BBQ Grills
- Truck and lift gate
- Queen Marys
Qualifications
Physical Job Requirements (for essential functions only)
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to read and write English proficiently
- Able to work in tight quarters with other people
- Able to lift and carry 25 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to walk sit stand squat and reach in the course of daily business
- Able to work outdoors in extremely hot dry windy or rainy conditions
- Able to work quickly in a highpressure environment keeping a calm and polite attitude
- Must have clear vision
