Position Summary:
- Rise with us preparing and cooking food according to recipes quality and presentation standards focusing on attention to detail
- Follow a food preparation checklist and establish priority items
- Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning chopping and storing food before use
- Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles
- Maintain organisational skills to ensure your section is clean and runs efficiently throughout each service period
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a way that aims to exceed guest expectations focusing on the guests overall wellbeing
- Wash and disinfect kitchen area tables tools knives and equipment.
- Maintain strong food safety and property standards
